Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from Moonlight Babies. We ship our products USPS First Class or Priority Mail. This results in 3-5 business day deliver time.
There are some products that we do not store on hand and are ordered with our manufacturer as they come in. These are noted in the product description and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please be patient with these products as well as any personalized products. These items will be shipped to you separate of your other items.
Any product purchased from moonlightbabies.com that you are unsatisfied with and is in new, unworn and/or unwashed condition may be refunded for the full purchase price or exchanged for another style within 30 days.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All promotion and giveaway items are final and will not be accepted. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened packages that have been used will not be accepted and will be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Provide your name, address, order number, items being returned, reason, and any images of the defected items.
It is highly recommended that you return the item with tracking information and send that once we acknowledge that you should initiate a return. Moonlight Babies is not reaponsible for any items being shipped back that have not been received without proper tracking information provided to us
